These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 40100 online platform, accessible via our website and mobile application. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("You" or "User") and 40100 ("Platform", "We").
By accessing, registering an account, or using any part of the 40100 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the platform immediately.
This platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. By using the 40100 platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. The platform reserves the right to deny access or close the account of any user found not to meet this requirement.

Account Creation, Eligibility & Security

Creating multiple accounts under a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 40100 support team immediately.
During registration, you may be required to submit identity verification documents for account verification purposes. This is a standard security measure implemented to protect all users on the platform.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within a set timeframe depending on the payment method used. For withdrawals, the registered bank account must be in the same name as the account registered on the40100 platform. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The platform is not liable for any delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
The platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation may not be entitled to recover their account balance, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

The 40100 platform may contain references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
40100 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes through appropriate communication channels. The effective date of the latest version of these Terms will be stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the 40100 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The platform's failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
